Other Provisions Subject Hereto. Except as expressly stated in the Guarantee Subordination Sections, notwithstanding anything contained in this Indenture to the contrary, all the provisions of this Indenture and the Securities are subject to the provisions of the Guarantee Subordination Sections. However, nothing in the Guarantee Subordination Sections shall apply to or adversely affect the claims of, or payment to, the Trustee pursuant to Section 607.
