Other Provisions Subject Hereto. Except as expressly stated in this Article, notwithstanding anything contained in this Indenture to the contrary, all the provisions of this Indenture and the Securities are subject to the provisions of this Article. However, nothing in this Article shall apply to or adversely affect the claims of, or payment to, the Trustee pursuant to Section 607. * * * This instrument may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which so executed shall be deemed to be an original, but all such counterparts shall together constitute but one and the same instrument.
