OTHER PROVISIONS Waivers and Amendments. 13.1 This Agreement may be amended, modified, superseded, cancelled, renewed or extended, only by a written agreement between the Parties. Failure or delay by either Party to enforce compliance with any term or condition of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such term or condition.
