Other Registration Issues. a. The Company shall have no obligation to file a registration statement pursuant to Section 17 hereof, or to include shares of Common Stock owned by the Executive in a registration statement pursuant to Section 18 hereof, unless and until the Executive has furnished the Company with all information and statements about or pertaining to the Executive in such reasonable detail as is reasonably deemed by the Company to be necessary or appropriate with respect to the preparation of the registration statement.
