Shareholder Expenses. Selling Fund Shareholders will pay their own expenses, if any, incurred in connection with the Reorganization.

Shareholder Expenses. If, pursuant to Section 16 hereof, shares of Common Stock owned by the Executive is included in a registration statement, then the Executive shall pay all transfer taxes, if any, relating to the sale of his shares, the fees and expenses of his own counsel, and his pro rata portion of any underwriting discounts, fees or commissions or the equivalent thereof.
