Other Registration Rights Agreements. The Company shall be permitted to grant registration rights to other Persons simultaneously with, or subsequent to, the execution of this Agreement on such terms as may be agreed by the Company and such other Persons; provided, that the Company agrees that it shall not enter into any agreement that violates or subordinates the rights expressly granted to the Holders of Registrable Securities in this Agreement.
