Common use of Other Registration Rights Agreements Clause in Contracts

Other Registration Rights Agreements. The Parent has not entered into and unless agreed in writing by each Holder on or after the date of this Agreement, will not enter into, any agreement that (i) is inconsistent with the rights granted to the Holders with respect to Registrable Units in this Agreement or otherwise conflicts with the provisions hereof in any material respect or (ii) other than as set forth in this Agreement, would allow any holder of Parent Common Units to include Parent Common Units in any Registration Statement filed by the Parent on a basis that is more favorable in any material respect to the rights granted to the Holders hereunder.
