Until after the third Demand Registration, the Company shall not enter into any agreement with respect to any equity securities that grants or provides holders of such securities with registration rights that have terms more favorable than the registration rights granted to Holders of the Registrable Securities in this Agreement unless similar rights are granted to Holders of Registrable Securities.
