Other Relevant Fee. Aside from the fees above, the Borrower shall bear all the expenses before the execution of the Agreement and during the Facility Period, including but not limited to the followings: 9.4.1 The expenses on organizing the Banks. 9.4.2 The expenses on registration of the Mortgaged Assets. 9.4.3 The attorneys’ fee incurred by the Arrangers and Agents for the preparation, execution and discussion of the Agreement. 9.4.4 The attorney’s fee for amendments to the Agreement. 9.4.5 The expenses on the execution of the Agreement.
