TENANT FEES. Owner agrees that the Agent may receive and keep fees and charges from tenants for: Requesting an assignment of lease or sublease of the Property; Processing rental applications for credit and background checks; Returned (NSF) checks; Late payments; and Any other services that are not in conflict with this Agreement.

TENANT FEES. Tenant Fees: The Manager reserves the right to charge administrative fees to tenants. These fees are collected and retained by and for by the Manager and not disbursed to the Owner. Currently, such fees include, but are not limited to, the following, and are subject to change: • Pet Administrative fee (if applicable) – $125 • Roommate change fee - $125 • Application fee - $35 • Trash Removal Fee - $100 • Cleaning coordination fee - $50 • Various fees for replacement of keys/garage remotes/CO detectors/Fire extinguishers.
TENANT FEES. When applying to rent a property through Stags there will be a Tenant application fee of £216 (£180 plus VAT) for the first applicant plus £180 (£150 plus VAT) for each applicant thereafter. Stags Tenancy Application Fee includes referencing, identity, immigration and visa confirmation, financial credit checks, obtaining references from current or previous employers/landlords and any other relevant information to assess affordability. As well as contract negotiation (amending and agreeing terms), arranging the tenancy, tenancy agreement and schedule of conditions/inventories if compiled.

TENANT FEES. Agent shall retain any late/bad check charges, application fees, server fees and penalties, lease breaking fees, and any other charges levied on Tenants which are collected from Tenant for time and effort in rent collection process. Late fees can be as much as 5% of the rent that is owed after the 8th of the month. Bad check charges can be as much as $50.00 per check. Lease break fees can be as much as $300.00 and application fees are presently $50.00. These charges may change from time to time. Additional fees may be charged to tenants in the future, which fees will be kept by Agent.

TENANT FEES. Broker may receive and keep fees and charges from tenants. For example, for: requesting an assignment of lease of the Property; processing credit applications; returned checks; liquidated damages including late fees; administrative fees; processing fees; and any other services that are not in conflict with this Agreement. These fees are the property of the Broker to offset the expenses in enforcing the respective lease provisions.
