Other Relocation Benefits. The parties agree and acknowledge that in separate correspondence, dated August 21, 2012, Buyer has offered certain relocation benefits, also subject to the express and official approval of Governing Body. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to waive or limit those benefits.
