Other Repairs and Replacements. The City shall also undertake the entire cost of each and every other repair or replacement required at or for the Premises, including the parking lots exclusively serving the Premises. All environmental or other health hazards which Lessee causes at these Premises shall be removed by the Lessee at its sole cost and expense.
