Other Reporting. Upon request, the School shall provide the Commission any other information determined by the Commission to be relevant to any term or condition of this Contract.
Other Reporting. The Borrower shall provide the Administrative Agent and each Lender, simultaneously with delivery to the Transferor, copies of all other financial statements, appraisal reports, notices, and other matters at any time or from time to time prepared by the Borrower and furnished to the Transferor, including, without limitation, any notice of default, notice of election or exercise of any rights or remedies under any the Borrower LLC Agreement, and any notice relating in any way to the misconduct of the Borrower or the Servicer. In respect of the foregoing, the Borrower shall disseminate such information to the Administrative Agent and each Lender either through mailings, email delivery or by posting such information on its website and giving the Administrative Agent and each Lender access thereto.
Other Reporting. Concurrently with the delivery to three or more unaffiliated Investors, copies of all other material (i) financial statements, (ii) appraisal reports, (iii) performance reports, (iv) notices, and (v) other matters at any time or from time to time furnished to the Investors.
Other Reporting. Except as otherwise provided for herein with respect to delivery of specific documentation, promptly upon delivery to the Investors, copies of all material notices, and other matters of a material nature generally furnished to Investors, including, without limitation, any notice of default, notice of election or exercise of any rights or remedies under the Subscription Agreements, the Operating Agreement or the Constituent Documents of any Borrower Party, or any notices relating in any way to any Investor’s Capital Commitment; and
Other Reporting. Simultaneously with the delivery to any Investor, copies of all other material Investor reports, financial statements, appraisal reports, notices, and other matters at any time or from time to time furnished to the Investors.
Other Reporting. Simultaneously with, or promptly after their delivery to the Investors in the Guarantor, copies of all other material financial statements, reports, notices, opinions, certificates and other documents at any time or from time to time furnished to all Investors in the Guarantor by the Guarantor (other than any tax returns, or other schedules or materials relating thereto or documents furnished only to specific Investors);
Other Reporting. The PatentBook Administrator shall maintain and make reasonably available to the Publisher (Licensor) and others through a suitable medium, such as a website, lists of all PatentBook Publishers, PatentBook Patents, PatentBook Subscribers. The Publisher (Licensor) shall promptly provide to the PatentBook Administrator any information reasonably required to maintain the accuracy of such lists and consent to the inclusion of such information for such lists. Notice of any modifications to such list shall be deemed effective thirty (30) Days from the date such modification is made available to the Publisher (Licensor).
Other Reporting. 1. Provide the daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and ad hoc reports mutually agreed upon by BNYM and DSC. Each report shall be in a form mutually agreed upon by BNYM and DSC.
Other Reporting. As soon as practicable after the end of each calendar year and as soon as practicable upon termination of the Litigation Trust, the Trustee shall provide to the members of the Trust Advisory Board and to each holder of Litigation Trust Interests appearing on its records as of the end of such period or such date of termination a written report describing the financial condition of the Litigation Trust for such period. Such report shall reflect the result of such procedures relating to the financial accounting administration of the Litigation Trust considered by the Trustee, subject to the approval of the Trust Advisory Board, to be appropriate under the circumstances. To the extent considered appropriate by the Trustee, subject to the approval of the Trust Advisory Board, such report may but need not be prepared by an independent certified public accountant employed by the Trustee and may but need not be certified or prepared in accordance with U.S. generally accepted accounting principles. Such report shall not include any estimate of the value of the Anadarko Litigation. In addition, the Trustee shall provide to each holder of Litigation Trust Interests appearing on its records as of the end of each calendar quarter a written report including: (a) a description of any action taken by the Trustee in the performance of its duties that materially affects the Litigation Trust and of which notice has not previously been given to the holders of Litigation Trust Interests; (b) a description of the progress of the Anadarko Litigation and any other material information relating to the Trust Property and the administration of the Litigation Trust; and (c) a statement of the fees and expenses of the Trustee and the Trust’s professionals. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, the Trustee shall not provide or disclose any information that it reasonably believes is privileged or otherwise protected from discovery without first ensuring that inclusion of that information will not waive any such privilege or protection. Subject to the foregoing sentence, the Trustee may, but is not required to, post any such report on a limited- access web site maintained by the Trustee and available to the Beneficiaries. To the extent specifically authorized by a Beneficiary, the posting of any such report may be in lieu of providing a copy to the Beneficiary (unless otherwise required by law).
Other Reporting. The Licensee must, within ten Business Days of receiving a written request from the School Council, provide to the School Council a written report detailing the following:
(a) average utilisation rate for each session of education and care provided;
(b) details of children enrolled in the Education and Care Service including their attendance;
(c) whether children from other schools are also attending the service at the school, and if so, which schools
(d) The number of hours that care provided at the service per school term
(e) The average attendance at each type of session (before school care, after school care, vacation care, if applicable)
(f) The total number of individual children who attended the service
(g) The equivalent FTE staff engaged directly by the service to deliver the program
(h) copy of educator rosters;
(i) all complaints received since the Commencement Date, any action taken to resolve these complaints and the timeframes for resolution;
(j) child, parent and staff feedback;
