Grantees must report whether the project prioritizes local hires and whether the project has Community Benefit Agreement, with a description of any such agreement, if applicable. For water and sewer projects, Grantees shall provide the following information to the Department once the project starts, as appliable: i. National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Permit Number, for projects aligned with the Clean Water State Revolving Fund ii. Public Water System (PWS) ID number, for projects aligned with the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund.
