Common use of Other Reports by Custodian Clause in Contracts

Other Reports by Custodian. The Custodian shall provide the Trust, at such times as the Trust may reasonably require, with reports by independent public accountants on the accounting system, internal accounting control and procedures for safeguarding securities, futures contracts and options on futures contracts, including securities deposited and/or maintained in a Securities System, relating to the services provided by the Custodian under this Agreement; such reports shall be of sufficient scope and in sufficient detail as may reasonably be required by the Trust to provide reasonable assurance that any material inadequacies would be disclosed by such examination, and, if there are no such inadequacies, the reports shall so state.

Other Reports by Custodian. The Custodian shall provide the Trust, at such times as the Trust may reasonably require, with reports by independent public accountants for each Fund on the accounting system, internal accounting control and procedures for safeguarding securities, futures future contracts and options on futures contracts, future contracts including securities deposited and/or maintained in a Securities System, relating to the services provided by the Custodian for the Fund under this Agreement; such reports shall be of sufficient scope and in sufficient detail as may reasonably be required by the Trust to provide reasonable assurance that any material inadequacies would be disclosed by such examination, and, if there are no such inadequacies, the reports shall so state.
