Other Required Changes. With respect to any change orders required by reason of the errors or omissions of the Tenant’s Architect or its consultants or otherwise required by the City of Seattle, Tenant shall deposit any additional sums required thereunder as provided under Paragraph 14.
Other Required Changes. In any event, should a Change become necessary in order to allow APO to guarantee the performance of the activities in a state of the art way or to comply with new provisions or compulsory requests of the regulatory authorities or, in any event, with APO’s obligations under this Agreement, APO shall immediately inform GILEAD accordingly and the provisions set forth in Art. 11.2.1 above shall apply, provided, however, that if such Change is not specific to the Product but instead relates to compliance of the Facility or APO’s general procedures with GMP, any increased costs to APO would be allocated equitably and consistently across [ * ] products manufactured by APO at the Facility.
Other Required Changes. For changes which (i) are not the result of a PRODUCT CHANGE (as defined above), and (ii) which are required by applicable law, rule or regulation and (iii) are required to bring NASTECH's facilities and/or processes into compliance with such requirements, the parties shall co-operate in making such changes promptly and NASTECH shall, unless otherwise agreed, bear the costs of making and/or implementing such changes and the costs of the scrapping of materials (including but not limited to raw and packaging materials, work in process, inventory and labeling materials) necessitated by any such changes.
