All revenues earned by Sellers from the operation of the Hotels other than Room Revenues, including, without limitation, revenues from the sale of food, the sale of alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages, rental of meeting and banquet rooms, telephone sales, pay television sales, valet and parking services, and other similar revenues, together with any sales tax or other taxes thereon.
