Other Separation from Service. If the Employee has a Separation from Service prior to the Release Date for any reason other than death, Disability or retirement at or after attainment of age 66 (including if the Employee has a Separation from Service prior to the Release Date by reason of the Employee’s negligence or willful misconduct, in each case as determined by the Company in its sole discretion, irrespective of whether such separation occurs on or after the Employee attains age 66), then on the date of the Employee’s Separation from Service the Award shall be forfeited and shall be canceled by the Company.
