Common use of Other Services and Duties of Adviser Clause in Contracts

Other Services and Duties of Adviser. Any services rendered by Adviser to AFC, the Bank or any other AFC subsidiaries as a result of serving as a director thereof, including serving on any committee of the board of directors thereof, shall not be affected by or subject to this Agreement, and any time spent by Adviser in rendering such services as a director shall not be included as hours expended by Adviser in the performance of the Services hereunder. Adviser shall receive compensation for service as a director consistent with the compensation received by other non-employee directors.

Other Services and Duties of Adviser.
