Services to be Furnished. Subject to such policy direction and approvals as the CITY through its staff may determine from time to time, CONSULTANT shall perform the services set forth in the "Scope of Services" attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference. CONSULTANT shall devote such services pursuant to this Agreement as may be reasonably necessary for satisfactory performance of CONSULTANT’s obligations pursuant to this Agreement. CONSULTANT shall adhere to the Schedule of Activities as attached hereto as Exhibit B.

Services to be Furnished. Jeppesen shall furnish to SVK MOD and SVK MOD agrees to furnish its Aircraft, subject to the terms and conditions herein, with the following services (referred to herein as the “Services”):

Services to be Furnished. (a) The Contractor shall enroll and provide instruction during the period specified for student(s), who shall be officers or em- ployees of the Public Health Service who are acceptable to and approved by Contractor, in the courses and for the re- spective periods of time determined as hereinafter provided.
(b) Requests by the Government for instruction shall be made by delivery to the Contractor of an Order to this contract.
(c) Such Order shall cover one (1) student each, shall be pre- sented in quintuplicate to the Contractor by such student at the time of matriculation, shall be completed by the Contractor to show the curriculum of the student and the cost thereof and shall be forwarded in quadruplicate to the Office whose name appears on the Order.
(d) All students accepted by the Contractor shall be registered in the same manner as other students and shall be subject to the same academic regulations, and shall have the same privileges, including use of all facilities and equipment nor- mally furnished by the Contractor to all students.
(e) In the event it is desired to amend an Order issued hereun- der for any reason, an amended Order will be initiated by the Government and forwarded to the Contractor for completion and signature, who shall then process the same in the same manner as an original. Such amended Order shall bear the same number as the original Order in addition to the appropri- ate amendment number.
(f) Necessary textbooks required for use by individual students will be procured by said students at their own expense.
Services to be Furnished. Company will provide the services for the secure destruction of records (“Services”) described on Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part thereof. The acceptance, transfer and processing of information transferred to our custody shall be documented and verified in writing and such documentation made available to the customer in the course of business or upon request. Company will furnish a Certificate of Destruction to Customer, upon request by Customer. The Services may, at Customer’s option, be performed as part of a regular schedule or pursuant to specific directions which Customer shall give Company from time to time. Customer may also request custom Services not set forth in Exhibit A, in which case Company will consult with Customer as to the terms and conditions of the Services requested.
Services to be Furnished. Seller shall furnish to Buyer the services of Seller's employees approved in the order by Buyer. Such services shall be furnished at the place or places and during the period or periods specified in the order. Unless otherwise provided in the order, Seller's employees shall provide only those services that are within the scope of their assignment or as Buyer shall from time to time request.
Services to be Furnished. During the term of the Price and Services Agreement, Contractor agrees to provide all Services ordered by Authorized Purchasers in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement, including the ESOW, and the applicable Work Order Contract. Contractor shall not perform work under this PSA for an Authorized Purchaser unless the Authorized Purchaser has an existing Work Order Contract with Contractor. Each Work Order Contract will include its own specific Statement of Work. Individual Work Order Contracts that exceed $100,000 may require the Attorney General’s legal sufficiency approval, and those that exceed
