Common use of Other Settlement Consideration Clause in Contracts

Other Settlement Consideration. In addition to the business initiatives set forth in § 7 of this Agreement, the settlement consideration shall include the establishment by Company of a charitable foundation, as described in more detail in § 8.1, and a settlement fund for payment of claims to Class Members, which will be established and operated in accordance with the provisions of §§ 8.2 through 8.6.

Other Settlement Consideration.
