Other Severance Benefits. The Severance Benefit payable to Employee pursuant to this Section 3 shall be reduced by any severance benefits to which Employee is entitled under Employer's severance policies for terminated employees generally or any termination payments payable to Employee under Employee's Employment Agreement.
