Other similar services. Determinations as to who shall provide certain of these services may be established from time to time by written agreement between the Fund and the Adviser to be attached as an addendum to this Agreement. The Adviser may at times perform only a portion of these services and the Fund may choose to have these services provided by others on the Fund's behalf.
