Determinations as to who shall provide certain of these services may be established from time to time by written agreement between the Fund and the Adviser to be attached as an addendum to this Agreement. 7. Printing and mailing of prospectuses and annual reports to shareholders, shareholder statement production, shareholder tax filings and other shareholder communications.
