Common use of Other State/Federal Rights Clause in Contracts

Other State/Federal Rights. The rights granted or reserved under this section are subject to any requirements of the Federal or State Funding Agency, including those set forth in Exhibit C of this Agreement. If state or federal law requires that Agency or Grantee grant to the United States a license to any intellectual property in the Work Product, or if state or federal law requires that Agency or the United States own the intellectual property in the Work Product, then Grantee shall execute such further documents and instruments as Agency may reasonably request in order to make any such grant or to assign ownership in such intellectual property to the United States or Agency.
