Other Statutory Clearances / permits. The MDO has to assist TANGEDCO to submit application for Permission for opening the mine from various Government Authorities like Ministry of Environment and Forest and Climate change, Directorate General of Mines Safety, Coal Controller, District Administration, SPCB etc, Statutory permits for deep hole Blasting, deploying ▇▇▇▇, to use of HT Electricity in mines etc from DGMS, and any other statutory permits, license, approval/prior intimation/renewals etc that may be required from time to time for commencement, operation of mine for its entire life. Also the MDO shall assist/liaison between the above authorities and TANGEDCO for obtaining the above and any other statutory permits, license, approval/prior intimation/renewals etc that may be required from time to time for entire life of Mine.
