Common use of Other Stock-Based Awards Clause in Contracts

Other Stock-Based Awards. Other Awards of Common Shares and other Awards that are valued in whole or in part by reference to, or are otherwise based upon or settled in, Common Shares, may be granted under the Plan either alone or in addition to other Awards under the Plan. The Committee shall have authority to grant such Other Stock-Based Awards under terms and conditions determined by the Committee.

Other Stock-Based Awards. Other Awards of Common Shares and other Awards that are valued in whole or in part by reference to, or are otherwise based upon or settled in, Common Shares, The Committee may be granted under the Plan either alone or in addition to grant other Awards under the PlanPlan pursuant to which shares of Common Stock are or may be acquired in the future.
