Common use of Other Suppliers’ Products Clause in Contracts

Other Suppliers’ Products. The sole and exclusive warranty for Products and/or services sold by DasNet and manufactured or otherwise provided by third party suppliers ("Other Suppliers") shall be limited to the Other Suppliers' express written warranty. DasNet’s sole responsibility to Buyer for Other Supplier's Products and/or services shall be limited to the assignment of such warranties, and the provision of assistance to Buyer to enforce any such warranties;
