Other Telecommunications Traffic. 7.1 The compensation arrangements set forth in Sections 5 and 6 of this Appendix are not applicable to (i) interstate or intrastate Exchange Access traffic, (ii) Information Access traffic, (iii) Exchange Services for access or (iv) any other type of traffic found to be exempt from reciprocal compensation by the FCC or the Commission, with the exception of ISP-Bound Traffic which is addressed in this Appendix. All Exchange Access traffic and IntraLATA Toll Traffic shall continue to be governed by the terms and conditions of applicable federal and state tariffs.
