Common use of Other Termination Benefits Clause in Contracts

Other Termination Benefits. In the case of any of the foregoing terminations, the Executive or his estate shall also be entitled to: (i) the balance of any incentive awards due for performance periods which have been completed, but which have not yet been paid; (ii) any expense reimbursements due the Executive; and (iii) other benefits, if any, in accordance with applicable plans and programs of the Company.

Other Termination Benefits. In the case of any of the foregoing terminations, the Executive or his estate shall also be entitled to: (i) the balance of any incentive awards due for performance periods which have been completed, but which have not yet been paidpaid (subject to deferral of payments to the extent the Executive has elected, irrevocably, such deferral); (ii) any expense reimbursements due the Executive; and (iii) other benefits, including senior level executive benefits, if any, in accordance with applicable plans and programs of the Company.

Other Termination Benefits. In the case of any of the foregoing terminations, the Executive or his estate shall also be entitled to: (i) the balance of any incentive awards due for performance periods which have been completed, but which have not yet been paid; (ii) any expense reimbursements due the Executive; and, (iii) other benefits, if any, in accordance with applicable plans and programs of the Company.

Other Termination Benefits. In the case of any of the foregoing terminations, the Executive or his estate shall also be entitled to: (i) the balance of any incentive awards due for performance periods which have been completed, but which have not yet been paid; (ii) any expense reimbursements due other amounts earned, accrued and owing to the ExecutiveExecutive but not yet paid; and (iii) other benefits, if any, in accordance with applicable plans plans, programs and programs arrangements of the CompanyCompany and its Affiliates.

Other Termination Benefits. In the case of any of the foregoing terminations, the Executive or his estate shall also be entitled to: (i) the balance of any incentive awards due for performance periods which have been completed, but which have not yet been paid; (ii) the entire amount of all amounts owing under Section 6, including all deferrals pursuant to Section 6 (if any such amounts have been deferred); (iii) any expense reimbursements due the Executive; and and (iiiiv) other benefits, if any, in accordance with applicable plans and programs of the Company.

Other Termination Benefits. In the case of any of the foregoing terminations, the Executive or his estate shall also be entitled to: (i) the balance of any incentive awards due for performance periods which have been completed, but which have not yet been paid;; 8 (ii) any expense reimbursements due the Executive; and (iii) other benefits, if any, in accordance with applicable plans and programs of the Company.

Other Termination Benefits. In the case of any of the foregoing terminations, the Executive or his estate shall also be entitled to: (i) the balance of any incentive awards due for performance periods which have been completed, but which have not yet been paid provided that upon Termination for Cause or Voluntary Termination, no discretionary portion of any then unpaid incentive award shall be paid; (ii) any expense reimbursements due the Executive; and (iii) other benefits, if any, in accordance with applicable plans and programs of the Company.

Other Termination Benefits. In the case of any of the foregoing terminations, the Executive or his estate shall also be entitled to: (i) the balance of any incentive awards due but not yet paid, including awards due for performance periods which have been completed, but which have not yet been paid; (ii) any expense reimbursements due the Executive; (iii) payment of all amounts when due as a result of the termination; (iv) payment of any amounts due under Section 15(c); and (iiiv) other benefits, if any, in accordance with applicable plans and programs of the Company.

Other Termination Benefits. In the case of any of the foregoing terminations, the Executive or his estate shall also be entitled to: (i) the balance of any incentive awards due for performance periods which have been completed, but which have not yet been paid; (ii) any expense reimbursements due the Executive; and (iii) other benefits, if any, in accordance with applicable plans and programs of the Company, excluding any severance plan or program or notice of termination policy now or hereinafter in effect at the Company or any of its Affiliates.

Other Termination Benefits. In the case of any of the foregoing terminations, the Executive or his estate shall also be entitled to: (i) the balance of any incentive awards, including awards due for performance periods which have been completed, but which have not yet been paid; (ii) any expense reimbursements due the Executive; (iii) payment of all amounts when due as a result of the termination; and (iiiiv) other benefits, if any, in accordance with applicable plans and programs of the Company.

Other Termination Benefits. In the case of any of the foregoing terminations, the Executive or his estate shall also be entitled to: (i) the balance of any incentive awards due for performance periods which have been completed, but which have not yet been paid; (ii) any expense reimbursements due other amounts earned, accrued and owing to the ExecutiveExecutive but not yet paid; and (iii) other benefits, if any, in accordance with applicable plans and programs of the Company.

Other Termination Benefits. In the case of any of the foregoing terminationsterminations or the Expiration of the Period of Employment, the Executive or his estate shall also be entitled to:to (without duplication of benefits): (i) the balance of any annual incentive awards due for performance periods which have been completed, bonus earned but which have not yet been paidpaid the Executive; (ii) any expense reimbursements or allowances due but not yet paid the Executive; and; (iii) other benefits, if any, in accordance with applicable plans and programs of the Company; provided, further, that all amounts due the Executive shall be paid promptly following their becoming due as provided hereunder.
