Common use of Other Termination Clause in Contracts

Other Termination. In the event the Executive’s employment terminates for any reason other than as described in paragraph 9(a)(i) above, including by reason of the Executive’s death or Disability, the Company’s termination of Executive for Cause, or Executive’s resignation other than for Good Reason, then the Executive shall be entitled to receive severance and any other benefits only as may then be established under the Company’s existing severance and benefit plans and policies at the time of such termination.

Other Termination. In If the event the Company terminates Executive’s 's employment terminates for any reason other than as described in paragraph 9(a)(i) above, including by reason reasons of the Executive’s death Disability or Disability, the Company’s termination of Executive for Cause, or Executive’s resignation if Executive terminates his employment for other than for Good Reason, then the Executive shall be entitled to receive severance and any other benefits only as may then be established under the Company’s 's existing severance and benefit plans and policies at the time of such termination, subject to the terms of such plans and policies.

Other Termination.
