Other Terminations of Service. If the Participant’s Service is terminated in a manner that is not otherwise specified in this Section 3, then the vested portion of this Option shall remain exercisable until the three-month anniversary of such termination (at which time this Option shall be cancelled), but not later than the Expiration Date.
