Other Terms and Acknowledgements. a) Renter acknowledges that he/she has advised NFC Management at the time of execution of this agreement of the anticipated number of attendees/guests, facilities required, food and entertainment to be used and other information relevant to the function or event. All prior arrangements must be approved by the NFC Manager prior to execution of this Agreement on behalf of NFC.
