Common use of Other Terms to Remain in Force Clause in Contracts

Other Terms to Remain in Force. All other terms of the Agreement between the Parties, as previously amended by the Reinstatement and First Amendment, shall remain in force and in effect unless otherwise agreed to in this Second Amendment. To the extent that any provisions of this Second Amendment are inconsistent with any of the provisions set forth in the Agreement, as previously amended by the Reinstatement and First Amendment, the provisions of this Second Amendment shall govern and control.
