Other than Death or Disability or Cause. If the Company terminates the Executive's employment during the Term for any reason other than Death, Disability, or Cause, the Term shall end on the date of such termination and the Executive shall, upon signing of a Release, be entitled to the payments, benefits and other compensation provided above in Paragraph 5(a).
