Other Vendor Agreements with Customers. DIR and Vendor agree that this Article does not apply to any other contracts that Vendor has, or may have in the future, with Customer and/or End Users that are separate transac- tions from the TEX-AN NG Customer Services Agreements authorized under the CTSA.
