Other Voting Rights. For the avoidance of doubt, (a) except as expressly set forth in Section 1.1, nothing in this Agreement shall limit the right of Stockholder to vote in favor of, against, or abstain with respect to any matter that is not a Parent Voting Matter; and (b) nothing in this Agreement shall require Stockholder to vote in favor of, against, or abstain with respect to, any amendment or modification of the Master Transaction Agreement.
