Redemption Date. The term “Redemption Date” shall mean, when used with respect to any Security to be redeemed, in whole or in part, the date fixed for such redemption by or pursuant to this Indenture.

The Redemption Date shall be a Business Day and the Company may not specify a Redemption Date that falls after the 20th Scheduled Trading Day immediately preceding the Maturity Date.

Redemption Date. Unless otherwise specified in a Series Supplement for a Series of Notes, and subject to Sections 7.01(b) and (e), on any Business Day, the Issuers may, at their option, elect to prepay the Outstanding Notes (i) in whole in accordance with Section 7.01(c) or (ii) in part in accordance with Section 7.01(d) (the date of such prepayment, the “Redemption Date”).
Redemption Date. The Company may deliver a Notice of Class A.1 Redemption at any time, in its sole discretion and subject to applicable Law, including in any of the following circumstances:
