Other Wall/Ceiling Coverings. Tenants must obtain the written permission of the Corporation prior to applying wall coverings. The following wall/ceiling coverings are not permitted; - wallpaper and border that is not dry strippable - wallboard, panelling and wood trims - mirror and cork tiles - cloth wall/ceiling coverings Adhesive used to apply wall/ceiling coverings must be that which has been recommended by the product manufacturer. Alternate adhesives, glues, etc. must not be used. It will be the responsibility of the tenant to remove wall/ceiling coverings prior to vacating the premises and to restore any damage to the wall/ceiling surface as a result of the alteration.

  • Window Coverings No curtains, draperies, blinds, shutters, shades, awnings, screens or other coverings, window ventilators, hangings, decorations or similar equipment shall be attached to, hung or placed in, or used in or with any window of the Building without the prior written consent of Landlord, and Landlord shall have the right to control all lighting within the Premises that may be visible from the exterior of the Building.

  • GLASS The Tenant shall maintain the glass part of the demised premises, promptly replacing any breakage and fully saving the Landlord harmless from any loss, cost or damage resulting from such breakage or the replacement thereof.

  • Interior (a) Ceilings, sidewalls and bulkhead panels will be clean and free of cracks and stains. (b) Carpets and seat covers will be in good condition, clean and free of stains and meet FAR burn certification regulations; (c) Seats will be serviceable, in good condition and repainted as necessary; and (d) Emergency equipment having a calendar life will have a minimum of 1 year or 100% of its total approved life, whichever is less, remaining.

  • FLOOR COVERING Lessee shall not lay linoleum or other similar floor covering so that the same shall come in direct contact with the floor of the Premises. If linoleum or other similar floor covering is desired to be used, an interlining of builder's deadening felt shall first be fixed to the floor by a paste or other material that may easily be removed with water, the use of cement or other similar adhesive material being expressly prohibited.

  • Cleaning 8.1 CONTRACTOR shall, at his own expenses, at all times keep the premises free from accumulation of debris, waste materials, and rubbish, and at the completion of the work, he shall remove his tools and equipment and all surplus materials, debris, waste material, and rubbish and shall leave the premises in a neat and clean condition. If CONTRACTOR does not attend to such cleaning immediately upon request, OWNER shall have the right to have this work done by others and deduct the cost therefore from the payment due CONTRACTOR hereunder.

  • Ceilings 13.1 Lambdaboard ceilings, minimum 25mm thick with a width of 1220mm x 1800mm, skimmed with Plascon EZ Joint and EZ Skim system. 13.2 Cornices to be Nucornice polystyrene core cove cornice as per Everite or similar approved. Xxxx Shadow line cornices will be at extra cost if required.

  • Windows a. Front and rear windshield per California Vehicle Code § 26710. b. Safety glass shall be in all windows. c. Windows shall be operational as originally designed. d. No window tinting on windshield or front side windows per California Vehicle Code § 26708. Any tinting applied to the rear side or rear windows must be light enough to allow any passengers to be viewed from the outside.
