Other WIP. Inotera shall ensure that WIP at the Inotera Fab associated with wafers (other than the Shared Design ID Wafers contemplated by Section 2.4(a)) to be produced for the Purchaser or any other Person is designated for the Purchaser or such other Person, as applicable, from Wafer Start.
