OUR APPLIANCES. We will take reasonable steps to make sure the heating and hot water appliance, electrical appliances, and other similar mechanical appliances in the premises for which we are responsible, work properly. If they need repairing, we will do so as long as the repairs are needed as a result of reasonable wear and tear.
