OUR APPLIANCES. We will take reasonable steps to make sure the gas and electrical appliances, and other similar mechanical appliances in the premises for which we are responsible, work properly. We will repair them at the start of and during the tenancy, as long as the repairs are needed as a result of reasonable wear and tear.
