Our Goodwill Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason we will refund you the Service Fee amount of the applicable Transaction (our “Goodwill Guarantee”). Our Goodwill Guarantee is provided by Remitly DIFC Limited., of Remitly (DIFC) Limited, Level 14, The Gate Building, PO Box 74777, Dubai UAE, to its UAE customers. To receive our Goodwill Guarantee you are required to contact us by either sending us an email at [xxxxxxx@xxxxxxx.xxx] (mailto:xxxxxxx@xxxxxxx.xxx) or write to us at: Customer Service, Remitly DIFC Limited attn.: Remitly (DIFC) Limited, Level 14, The Gate Building, PO Box 74777, Dubai UAE, within 180 days of the Transaction. Our Goodwill Guarantee is provided to you in addition to your legal rights and does not affect your rights under law, such as with respect to our performance of the Services with reasonable skill and care.
