Sending Money Sample Clauses

Sending Money. You may send money to another Zelle user at your own initiation or in response to that user’s request for money. See Section F, below, regarding limits on payment transactions. If you attempt to send money to someone who has not registered as a Zelle user, a payment notification will be sent to the intended recipient. If the recipient responds to the notification by registering, the transfer will usually be completed within two (2) days from the day the intended recipient registers. If the recipient does not register promptly, the transfer may not occur. We have no control over or liability for the actions of other Zelle users or other financial institutions that could delay or prevent your money from being delivered to the intended recipient.
Sending Money. You may send money from your Eligible Transaction Account to another User at your initiation or in response to that User's request for money. You understand that use of the Zelle® and Other Payment Services by you shall at all times be subject to (i) this Agreement, and (ii) your express authorization at the time of the transaction for us or another Network Financial Institution to initiate a debit entry to your bank account. You understand that when you send the payment, you will have no ability to stop it.
Sending MoneyIn order to send money to a Recipient, you must provide the Recipient’s full name and e-mail address. You may also include a personal message. By providing the Recipient’s contact information, you are representing to us that you have obtained the consent of the Recipient to receive an e- mail from us.
Sending Money. You may send money to a User or other Recipient at your initiation or in response to a User’s request for money using their U.S. mobile phone number or email address in amounts up to the available balance in your Account subject to the limits set forth in Section 10. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are using a U.S. mobile phone number or email address belonging to the User or Recipient. In order to help protect your account against fraud, your limits for sending funds will be lower for the first 30 days following initial Zelle enrollment, or after changing your existing mobile phone number, email address, or linked account number enrolled with Zelle, as provided in Section 10. You will be notified through the Service if this restriction applies. Further, the amount of funds you can send to certain recipients may be lower, as provided in Section 10. You understand that use of this Service by you shall at all times be subject to (i) these Terms and Conditions, and (ii) your express authorization at the time of the transaction for us to initiate a debit entry to your Account. You understand that when you send a payment, you will have no ability to cancel, revoke, withdraw or stop that payment. You may only cancel a payment if the person to whom you sent the money has not yet enrolled in the Service. If the person you sent money to has already enrolled with Xxxxx, the money is sent directly to their bank account (except as otherwise provided below) and may not be stopped, canceled or revoked. You can make one-time transfers at any time. You may also schedule one-time, future- dated transfers when using a consumer account. Recurring transfers are not permitted. Any transfer You request will only be completed if there are available funds in your Account. You can cancel a scheduled payment up to one day before its scheduled send date by using functions available in the Citi Mobile® App. A Recipient must enroll within 14 days of your payment request and use the same email address or mobile phone number that You entered in order for us to send them money. If the Recipient does not enroll using the same email address or mobile phone number you entered and accept the transfer within 14 days, the transaction will be cancelled. Once the Recipient has enrolled, future initiated transfers will be eligible for deposit directly in the Recipient's account. Sending Money. You may send money to a recipient at your initiation or in response to that recipient's request for money. You understand that use of this Service by you shall at all times be subject to (i) this Agreement, and (ii) your express authorization at the time of the transaction for us to initiate a debit entry to your bank account. You understand that when you send the payment, you will have no ability to stop or cancel it. The sender must be registered with (i) the Service with an eligible Pay From Account or (ii) the person-to-person payment service of clearXchange, Zelle or a Network Bank, and provide a valid e-mail address or mobile phone number for the recipient. Funds will not be withdrawn from the Pay From Account until the transfer has been accepted. You acknowledge and agree that payment transfers will be completed using only the email address or mobile phone number you enter even if it identifies a person different from your intended recipient. The name you enter will help you identify your intended recipient in the drop down menu and your transaction history but will not be used to process payments. Please make sure you accurately enter the recipient's email address or mobile phone number and ensure that their email address or mobile phone number is current and registered by the recipient since your obligation to pay for the transfer will not be excused by an error in the information you enter. You also acknowledge and agree that we can: (1) use and add any person or entity (and their associated information) with whom you have transacted through the Service to your list of Zelle recipients; and (2) access, use and add any person or entity from your contacts contained on your device (subject to your consent) for the purposes of updating your list of Zelle recipients, verifying their Zelle enrollment status, and displaying of a Z logo (or substantially similar indicia) for each such mobile number or email address of those contacts that are enrolled. You may add, edit and/or remove any recipients at any time.

Sending MoneySend money from your Sigue Mobile Wallet available balance to another Sigue Mobile Wallet customer is free and transferred in real time. There are no limits on how often you can send money from your Mobile Wallet to another Money Wallet customer. • Send Money from your Sigue Mobile Wallet available balance to any US Bank Account. You can send money from your Sigue Mobile Wallet Available balance to a personal checking or savings account and send money to friends and family members bank accounts. The transaction fee to send money to a US Bank Account is $1.00 per transaction. Money transfers from your Sigue Mobile Wallet to any US Bank Account can take 1-2 banking days to appear in your bank account. • Send money from your Mobile Wallet available balance to your Sigue Visa Card. Select from the Visa Card drop down menu to select the virtual, physical, or companion Card you wish to transfer funds to. Sending money from your Mobile Wallet available balance to your Sigue Visa Card is FREE and transfers are in real-time. There are no limits on how often you can send money from your Sigue Mobile Wallet to your Visa Card(s) on file. • Sending Money with Sigue Mobile Wallet® allows you to Send money directly to International Bank Accounts, Cash Pick Up Locations, Global Mobile Wallet Users, and Home Delivery making it fast, secure, and convenient to send money to family and friends anywhere in the world at any time from your Mobile Wallet Account. Each International Transfer Fee is $4.00 per transaction and Domestic Transfers Cost $3.25 and all Transfers to Walmart cost $6.00 per transaction. The FX Rate is subject to change and is provided by Sigue Mobile Wallet Corporation at the time of the transaction.
Sending Money. E4F enables Clients to send money online and make international business payments worldwide via the E4F Platform. 10.1 Setting up your payment order: You must set up your payment order when you log your transaction on your E4F User Account. Your order may either be: (a) a "Fixed Source Order" which is a payment order where you indicate that you wish to send and convert a fixed amount of Source Currency to your recipient whom will receive the converted amount in the Target Currency; or (b) a "Fixed Target Order" which is a transfer where you indicate that you wish to send and convert a fixed amount of Target Currency to your recipient from the Source Cur rency you pay into Exchange4free. You can only set up a Fixed Target Order for certain Source Currencies. 10.2 When is your transaction received? If your transaction is booked with us and we have received your funds after 5pm on a Business Day or on a non-Business Day (i.e. a Saturday, Sunday or Bank holiday), it will be deemed received on the next Business Day. Because of time differences and local payment cut-off times, we recommend that in order to avoid any payment delays you send funds to us immediately on booking the transaction. 10.3 What happens after you have submitted your transaction? Once we have received your transaction order, we will send you a Trade Confirmation Notice by email and text message. Each transaction is given a unique transfer number and is shown in the transaction history on your E4F User Account. You should quote this transfer number when communicating with us about a particular transaction. 10.4 You need to provide us with sufficient funds before we can process your transaction. We will only process your transaction if we hold or have received sufficient cleared funds from you. It is your responsibility to fund your transaction in a timely manner. We are not responsible for the time it takes for the money to be sent to us by your bank or payment service provider. 10.5 Verification checks may increase the time for processing your transaction. We carry out verification checks, and these checks may increase the time it takes to process your transaction. We are not responsible for any delays as a result of carrying out those checks. 10.6 We will use reasonable efforts to ensure funds arrive at your recipient’s account within the notified timeframe.
