Sending Money. You may send money to another Zelle user at your own initiation or in response to that user’s request for money. See Section F, below, regarding limits on payment transactions. If you attempt to send money to someone who has not registered as a Zelle user, a payment notification will be sent to the intended recipient. If the recipient responds to the notification by registering, the transfer will usually be completed within two (2) days from the day the intended recipient registers. If the recipient does not register promptly, the transfer may not occur. We have no control over or liability for the actions of other Zelle users or other financial institutions that could delay or prevent your money from being delivered to the intended recipient.

Sending Money. You may send money from your Eligible Transaction Account to another User at your initiation or in response to that User's request for money. You understand that use of the Zelle® and Other Payment Services by you shall at all times be subject to (i) this Agreement, and (ii) your express authorization at the time of the transaction for us or another Network Financial Institution to initiate a debit entry to your bank account. You understand that when you send the payment, you will have no ability to stop it.
Sending Money. In order to send money to a Recipient, you must provide the Recipient’s full name and e-mail address. You may also include a personal message. By providing the Recipient’s contact information, you are representing to us that you have obtained the consent of the Recipient to receive an e- mail from us.

You understand that when you send a payment, you will have no ability to cancel, revoke, withdraw or stop that payment. You may only cancel a payment if the person to whom you sent the money has not yet enrolled in the Service. If the person you sent money to has already enrolled with Xxxxx, the money is sent directly to their bank account (except as otherwise provided below) and may not be stopped, canceled or revoked. You can make one-time transfers at any time. You may also schedule one-time, future- dated transfers when using a consumer account. Recurring transfers are not permitted. Any transfer You request will only be completed if there are available funds in your Account. You can cancel a scheduled payment up to one day before its scheduled send date by using functions available in the Citi Mobile® App. A Recipient must enroll within 14 days of your payment request and use the same email address or mobile phone number that You entered in order for us to send them money. If the Recipient does not enroll using the same email address or mobile phone number you entered and accept the transfer within 14 days, the transaction will be cancelled. Once the Recipient has enrolled, future initiated transfers will be eligible for deposit directly in the Recipient's account. You acknowledge and agree that payment transfers will be completed using only the email address or mobile phone number you enter even if it identifies a person different from your intended recipient. The name you enter will help you identify your intended recipient in the drop down menu and your transaction history but will not be used to process payments. Please make sure you accurately enter the recipient's email address or mobile phone number and ensure that their email address or mobile phone number is current and registered by the recipient since your obligation to pay for the transfer will not be excused by an error in the information you enter. You also acknowledge and agree that we can: (1) use and add any person or entity (and their associated information) with whom you have transacted through the Service to your list of Zelle recipients; and (2) access, use and add any person or entity from your contacts contained on your device (subject to your consent) for the purposes of updating your list of Zelle recipients, verifying their Zelle enrollment status, and displaying of a Z logo (or substantially similar indicia) for each such mobile number or email address of those contacts that are enrolled. Sending Money. 3.1 For the transfer of money by the Company, the Sender completes the money transfer form in the COL. The sender is responsible to check the truthness, correctness and accuracy of all data filled. It is strongly advised that senders only send money to recipients they personally know. 3.2 The money to be sent is paid to the Company through a debit or credit card. The Company does not store or process any debit or credit card details. 3.3 All payments are made in Euro. If the sender’s debit or credit card is a non denominated card the Sender will be liable to the Bank of the Card Issuer for any commission or exchange fees. . 3.4 The Sender is charged with a commission in Euro in proportion to the amount of money to be transferred as set out in the Company’s price list available in the ONLINE. 3.5 The Sender whether an existing or new customer, may be asked to prove his/her identity prior to instructing a transaction through the ONLINE. The Company may apply different identification procedures in order to conform with Cyprus Law and Central Bank of Cyprus directives. 3.6 Each money transfer cannot exceed the maximum sum as set from time to time by the Central Bank of Cyprus and Company procedures. 3.7 Money transfers outside Cyprus may be restricted by exchange controls, provisions and restrictions of the country in which the money will be received. Specific information is available on the ONLINE. 3.8 The money to be sent is usually available for collection by the Receiver within minutes of the issue of the UTN in favour of the Sender who communicates this number to the Receiver. Account Deposit Service, normally takes up to 3 working days. Courier Delivery Service normally takes up to 3 working days although this may take more for reasons related to local conditions which are beyond the control of the Company and for which the Company shall not be liable. Delays and other restrictions may apply in some countries or transactions may be delayed for compliance and other legal checks. Further information can be obtained from the customer helpline (+000) 00000000 for each transaction. 3.9 The Receiver may incur additional charges when receiving money into an account or through mobile telephone. Subject to the terms of this Agreement (and your compliance with the same), you agree that we will execute a Payment Order made by you via your Payment Account and credit the payment service provider of the person to whom you are sending your payment, as soon as the payment schemes available to PayPal allow (which can be within the next Business Day) following the date you gave us and we received your valid Payment Order. This is subject to you providing us with: a. your Payment Order before 5pm (local time of the country where your Account is registered) on a Business Day. If you provide us with your Payment Order after this time or not on a Business Day, you agree that your Payment Order was received by us on the following Business Day; b. a correct Unique Identifier or other valid details of the recipient or you as PayPal or the person you are paying may reasonably request from you when you complete the details to make the Payment Order;
