Subject to Sections 11.2) and 15.7, if you have suffered losses and we are found to be liable to you, our total aggregate liability to you under these Terms will not exceed USD $100,000. This limit does not extend to our obligation to return your Available Balance upon termination, in accordance with these Terms.
