Common use of Our Obligations to You Clause in Contracts

Our Obligations to You. 3.1 We will provide the Services to you in accordance with this Services Agreement and subject to availability, provided that nothing herein shall require us to provide, or continue to provide Services to you, if we determine that you have violated this Services Agreement or any of our other policies and procedures. We shall provide the Services in the manner of a reasonably skilled electronic communications service provider.
