Reservation Fee Clause Samples

Reservation Fee. Student must submit a Reservation Fee as specified in Part I of the Contract Terms. The Reservation Fee is due on or before the Date of Execution in Part II of this Contract, unless offset or deferred through written, mutual agreement with the University. The Reservation Fee is applied to the total cost of the room, cancellation fee, and/or outstanding balance due. The Reservation fee is only required for first time applicants. Students applying to return are not required to pay a reservation fee again.

Reservation Fee. The Reservation Fee is a prepaid portion of the "Total Contract Amount" and is due at the time of contract submission. It constitutes a payment for securing a housing reservation and is applied toward the total contract amount. It is not a refundable security deposit. If the STUDENT fails to take occupancy, the Reservation Fee will be applied to the unpaid balance on the account, including room and liquidated damages fees. If a portion of the reservation fee has been deferred and has not been paid by the agreed upon due date, action may be taken to cancel this contract.

Reservation Fee. We may request payment of a reservation fee to secure a place on a course. This reservation fee will be deducted from the balance of fees outstanding. In addition to the rights to cancel the agreement with us (please see clause 4), if you or your sponsor changes their mind and cancels a place on a course before 14 calendar days of the course starting, the reservation fee will be refunded. If cancellation is made within 14 calendar days of the course starting, the reservation fee will not be refunded.

Reservation Fee. It is the responsibility of the renter to secure the rental date by paying a $100.00 non-refundable reservation fee, which will be applied to the rental cost. Rental date may be postponed no less than 90 days prior to rental date. If rented within 90 days of event, reservation fee is automatically non-refundable. In case of cancellation this money is not refundable.

Reservation Fee. A Reservation Fee of $325 must be paid at or prior to License signing (“Reservation Fee”). The Reservation Fee is forfeited and nonrefundable if the License is cancelled or terminated for any reason in addition to penalties outlined in Section

Reservation Fee. Within [*****] after a Target or Target Combinations becomes a Reserved Target or Reserved Target Combination, as applicable, in accordance with Section 3.2.1, Genmab shall pay to CureVac a reservation fee of US Dollars [*****] per Reserved Target or Reserved Target Combination, as applicable, (“Reservation Fee”), provided, however, that in the event the Reservation Fee has not been paid within [*****] after the date that the Target or Target Combination became a Reserved Target or Reserved Target Combination, as applicable, pursuant to Section 3.2.1, such Target or Target Combination shall no longer be reserved for purpose of this Agreement. The Reservation Fee shall be creditable against the Option Exercise Fee for the respective Reserved Target or Reserved Target Combination, in the event Genmab advances such Reserved Target or Reserved Target Combination to an Optioned Target or Optioned Target.

Reservation Fee. Upon execution of this Agreement, Owner shall pay to CAS a Reservation Fee in the amount of Two Hundred Fifty Dollars US ($250). The Reservation Fee is fully earned upon acceptance of this Agreement and, except as noted in Article 4 herein below, is nonrefundable.

Reservation Fee. No later than five (5) days after the Effective Date, MannKind shall make payment to AFP in the amount of EUR 11,000,000, which will be considered as partial payment for the calendar year 2015 Purchase Commitment Quantities of […***…] kilograms of Product. This reservation fee is non-refundable and deemed fully earned by, and to be the property of AFP in all events, including but not limited to the event that MannKind fails to purchase the calendar year 2015 Purchase Commitment Quantities, except for and excluding only the event of a material breach of AFP’s obligations under this Agreement that occurs prior to the delivery of the full amount of calendar year 2015 Purchase Commitment Quantities. Any invoice(s) for the calendar year 2015 designated quantities will be adjusted to reflect a credit for the reservation fee. For avoidance of doubt, this Reservation Fee will only be adjusted against the purchase of quantity that is delivered in calendar year 2015, and not calendar year 2014 or in any other calendar year.

Reservation Fee. To guarantee its undertaking to meet the Guaranteed In-Service Date, Seller shall provide Reservation Fee to Company in accordance with Schedule FIT Tier 3.
