Our Ownership. Subject to your ownership rights in Customer Owned Work Product and Customer Materials, we will own all rights in and to all C&I Services Materials.
Our Ownership. Quadrant Property Management Ltd is a private limited company incorporated in England with no financial ties to or interest in any insurer or insurance undertaking.
Our Ownership. 7.1.1 All rights, including copyright and other intellectual property rights, in and to the Met Office Trade Marks, the API and any other API Services are owned by or licensed to Met Office.
7.1.2 As between Met Office and You:
a) Met Office retains all rights, title and interest in and to all intellectual property rights embodied in or associated with the API and the API Services and the Met Office Trade Marks, and any content Met Office creates or derives there from; and
b) You retain all rights, title and interest in and to all intellectual property rights embodied in or associated with Your Application.
7.1.4 If You provide feedback or suggestions about the API, then we may use such information without obligation to You.
7.1.5 There are no implied licences under this Licence Agreement, and any rights not expressly granted to You by this Licence Agreement are reserved by Met Office or its suppliers. You will not take any action inconsistent with Met Office’s ownership of the API or any of the API Services or Met Office Trade Marks.

a) We, our licensors or third party providers (as appropriate) retain all rights, title and interest in and to all Intellectual Property Rights embodied in or associated with the API, the API Documentation and the API Services and the Met Office Trade Marks, and any content We create or derive therefrom; and
b) You retain all rights, title and interest in and to all Intellectual Property Rights embodied in or associated with Your Application.

7.1.5 You agree that any and all (if any) Intellectual Property Rights in any modifications or enhancements made to the API, API Services or Information by or on behalf of You shall vest in the Us upon creation, and We shall be entitled to use any information provided by or on behalf of You relating to modifications or enhancements that could be made to the API, API Services or Information, without You having any right to compensation for the same.
Our Ownership. We shall retain title to any deliverables under any Order Form (the “Deliverables”). We shall also retain title to all intellectual property, trade secrets, ideas and concepts, processes, methodologies, templates, techniques and know-how conceived, developed or reduced to practice by Us prior to or independent of its performance of the Professional
Our Ownership. You agree that we own all legal right, title and interest in and to the Services, including all intellectual property rights, and except for the license provided herein, no other rights or permissions to any of the Services is granted. Nothing herein gives you a right to use any of our trade names, trademarks, service marks, logos, domain names, and other distinctive brand features.
