Our Removal of Animal. In some circumstances we may provide notice of material noncompliance, at our discretion, that you have violated the terms of this Addendum and Lease Agreement. For example, if you let the animal defecate or urinate where it’s not supposed to, if you have left the animal in the apartment unit for long periods of time or without food or water or failed to care for a sick animal, we may contact the Humane Society or other animal agency to take custody of the animal.
