Our right to assign or transfer. You agree that at any time we may assign or novate our rights and obligations under this Agreement: (i) to a related body corporate (being a company in our corporate group); (ii) a Third Party Supplier; or (iii) a purchaser of our business; (a Transferee) and that the Transferee will assume our liabilities and obligations under this Agreement. We, or the Transferee, will notify you if a transfer occurs in accordance with Clause 19.2(a). We and you agree that, with effect from the date of the Notice, this Agreement is cancelled and a new agreement is created on the same terms as this Agreement except that:
