Common use of Our Rights and Obligations Clause in Contracts

Our Rights and Obligations. 4.1. We shall provide an education service with reasonable skill and care. 4.2. We have the right to revise and amend these Terms from time to time and will give you prior notice of any changes to our Terms. 4.3. Course start and end dates are not expected to change. However, we reserve the right to change course dates, cancel courses, change tutors and locations from the published timetables for reasons such as non-availability of venues, insufficient take-up of the relevant course, and sickness or other absence of tutors. We will give as much notice and explanation of any such change as is reasonably possible. 4.4. In the unlikely event of the course being cancelled by JRC, the agreement will be terminated and all course fees refunded in full (or an appropriate refund if part of the course was completed at the time of the cancellation).
